|

qualified candidates to client and schedule interviews for
acceptable candidates.

itinerary of candidates, make airline, hotel and rental
car reservations.

Call
spouse to identify non-professional considerations.

Submit
written profile on candidates including qualifications,

Plan
interview process with client.

client feedback on physician interview.

Accompany

Guarantee:
|
|
|
|
As a demonstration
of our commitment to the success of a search, we provide
a performance guarantee. If the successfully recruited candidate
leaves the client for his/her own reasons within the first
six months of employment, we will conduct the search again
with no additional professional fees to the Client. We are
personally responsible for the conduct of the search and
would use whatever resources of the firm necessary to ensure
a thorough and expeditious search.
